Facebook releases javascript API

Facebook continues it’s assult on the social media space by making it even easier for developers to leverage their facebook created apps.  In particular a javascript API is now available that will allow you to host your (IFrame) facebook apps within your own site.

There are however various concerns over the security of the system when anyone can see your ‘api_key’.  I think i will stick to the server-side implementation at least until some of these concerns are ironed out.
